#DCCompPlan -- Make it Clearer & Stronger

Earlier in 2020, during the beginnings of the global pandemic, DC's Mayor, Muriel Bowser, and her Office of Planning sent to the DC City Council 1500 pages of amendments to DC's central planning document, The DC Comprehensive Plan.

Given this massive rewrite of DC's central planning document (a gift to developers), The DC Grassroots Planning Coalition wants to ensure true equity and planning are incorproated into the document. YOU CAN HELP BY PUSHING THE COUNCIL TO DO THE SAME -- SUBMIT YOUR SUPPORT AND NOTE USING OUR ONLINE EMAIL TOOL BELOW. The D.C. Comprehensive Plan and its policies and proposed changes affect all DC communities and the future of our city.

Your note does matter, even as much as a phone call to the John A. Wilson Building (1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW) -- (202) 724-8000. Please contact your Councilmembers. Use our easy email tool below to send your message and the Council phone number will appear in your mailbox!
